These terms cover smashandsink.com and the videos Smash & Sink ("we") publishes on YouTube, X, Instagram and TikTok. By using them you agree to these terms and to the terms of the platform you watch them on.
What we publish
Short clips about sport and politics, with commentary, an on-screen headline and a credit to the original source. Our videos are for information and comment. They are not professional, legal, financial or betting advice.
Other people's content
We credit every source. If you own footage we have used and object to its use, email [email protected] with a link to our post and to your original, and say what you want us to do. We review every request and remove posts where the request is valid. You can also use the platform's own copyright tools.
Our content
Our edits, headlines and captions belong to Smash & Sink. You may share links to them. Do not re-upload our videos as your own.
Our publishing tool
Our publishing tool is used only by Smash & Sink to post to our own accounts through each platform's official API, in line with that platform's developer terms. It is not offered to anyone else.
No warranty
We try to be accurate but cannot guarantee that everything is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of this website or our videos. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
